PRO Hire

PROGRAM IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION.

PRO Hire provides qualified and motivated youth the opportunity to learn the skills necessary to enter the job market. PRO Hire provides employers with a pre-screened pool of youth that are trained in customer services and job entry skills.

For YOUTH

  • Youth participants will receive training in:
     Essential Job Skills
    Customer Service
    Resume Building
    Job Applications
    Interviewing Skills
    Computer Programs
    Business Etiquette
    Financial Literacy
  • Successful trainees will be placed in paid positions.
  • Youth will have on-going staff support.

For EMPLOYERS

  • PRO Hire will provide:
    Pre-screened staff with
            Attendance accountability
            Effective customer service skills
            Higher productivity
    Payroll taxes and worker compensation insurance.
    An opportunity to help the youth in their community.
